Offerings

Facility Use

All events include the use of our infrared saunas and cold plunge. We have on-site parking for guests that is also included.

Add-on Services

In addition to saunas and cold plunge, we can add esthetics or body services for your guests, such as facials, waxing, cupping, reflexology, yoga, sound baths, and more!

Imbibe While Relaxing

Embody can coordinate serving beverages of your choice during your event, and can even provide a bartender if desired.

Eats for Your Event

Embody partners with Hart & Hive to provide beautiful charcuterie trays for clients that want to add snacks to their event. We can also help coordinate catering if needed.
