Infrared Sauna + Cold Plunge
Embody provides a peaceful, relaxing environment to be your getaway from stress and provide escape from the demands of a busy life. Our well-appointed facilities include large and extra large Sunlighten infrared saunas equipped with Spotify, and a commercial grade cold plunge tub. Our saunas and plunge room are all private and are never shared unless you choose to bring a friend! We provide towels, sauna wraps, water, and cold towels, so all you need to bring is yourself. We also have showers available for use when you need them.
Infrared Saunas
Embody's infrared saunas, made by Sunlighten, are generously sized, and can accomodate 1 to 6 people comfortably. Our saunas have multiple programs that cater to your specific needs and goals, including: Relaxation, Pain Relief, Detox, Cardio, Weightloss, and Anti-aging. The all wood interiors, surroundsound speakers with Spotify, and chromatherapy lights all ensure you have an enveloping, deeply relaxing experience. Towels, sauna wraps, and water are provided at no extra charge.

Cold Plunge
Embody's cold plunge is a professional grade acrylic tub that is kept at a constant 50 degrees. It is chlorinated with an auto-doser and filtered to 20 microns for ultimate protection and cleanliness. Our plunge room is equipped with its own shower, and shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels are provided.
