What kinds of services does Embody offer?

Embody brings together infrared sauna, cold plunge, soundbath, yoga, Thai bodywork, massage, cupping, and reiki in one calming space. Our holistic facials are designed to help you both relax and re-discover your skin's inner glow. We also offer sauna, cold plunge, and contrast therapy memberships for guests who want to make self-care part of their routine.

Do you offer skin and facial treatments?

Yes. Our esthetics services include customized facials, microneedling, hydrofacials, dermaplaning, and lightwave LED treatments, with each visit tailored to your skin’s needs. A facial or scalp massage can also be added onto your esthetic service for extra relaxation!

Is Embody a good place to relax and reset?

Many guests come to Embody for a soothing pause from the chaos of the day to support their overall well-being. Our peaceful downtown Chattanooga setting is designed to help you feel cared for from the moment you arrive. We can also build a custom spa day based on your needs and interests. Booking and Events

Where is Embody located?

We are located at 818 E. Main St. in downtown Chattanooga, Tennessee. Free on-site parking is available, making your visit feel a little easier and more relaxed. From Main Street, turn right on Slayton Street to access our parking lot. From Central Avenue, turn right into the alley after you pass our building to access our parking lot.

How do I book an appointment?

You can schedule online through our booking page. If you do not see what you need online, call us at 423-541-2639 and our staff will help find a time that works for your schedule.

Do you offer couples massage?

Our treatment rooms are designed to be very comfortable for both clients and therapists, and solely focused on relaxation. As a result, we have one bed per treatment room. Though couples cannot be in the same room for their massage or esthetic treatments, we invite them to begin their spa day enjoying each other's company through a relaxing joint session in our spacious infrared saunas, a dual sound bath, or two person yoga session.

Can I host a private event at Embody?

Absolutely! Our downtown location and welcoming atmosphere make it a lovely place to celebrate together.We have hosted all kinds of events including birthday and bachelorette celebrations, financial seminars, customer appreciation parties and everything in between. Memberships, Gift Cards, and Shopping

Do you offer memberships?

Yes, Embody offers monthly memberships for infrared sauna, cold plunge, and contrast therapy. They are a perfect option if you want to deepen your self-care practice over time, and ensure you are taking time out of your busy schedule to support YOU.

Can I purchase gift cards?

Gift cards can be purchased online or in-store. They are a thoughtful way to share rest, relaxation, and wellness with someone special.

Are gift cards valid for all services?

Purchased gift cards are applicable to any service or product we offer.

Bonus gift cards that are issued for free during certain promotions are the exception, and are not applicable to massage services at this time. If you are unsure how a gift card can be used, our team will be happy to help explain the options.

Do you have products available to shop?

Yes, Embody also offers a curated selection of health, wellness, and beauty products and gifts. You can browse hand-selected brands such as Osmosis skincare, Color Science, Aqua 'dell Elba, Eminence skincare, Voluspa candles, Poppy & Pout, and more exciting finds.
