We request a courtesy 24 hour cancelation notice for all spa services. Cancellation within less than 24 hours of the service time will be charged a 50% fee. Gift certificates will be reduced by the appropriate fee. No shows will be charged 100% of the service fee. If you wish to cancel or change your appointment, please contact Embody directly at 423-421-2639. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted.
